NCAA Tournament Data Base Files

1985 through 2000

The key to successful sports handicapping and to making winning selections is information. Statistical information that shows what has happened in the past is vital if you are to be successful. Unfortunately, there are very few, if any, sources of the kind of information needed to do proper analysis and handicapping. Although much of this Past Performance data and information is available, it is usually in a format that does not allow for convenient use. And the time it would take to convert that data into a format that makes it easy to use would run into literally hundreds of man hours.

Fortunately at Logical Approach we've been compiling such information in useable form for many years. We have an extensive data base for the major sports that has enabled us to easily analyze past performances, compile Power Ratings, draw comparisons and do many other things that are vital to handicapping and wagering success.

And now we are able to offer this information to you in ready-to-use data files. All you need is a Spreadsheet or Data Base program that can read these data files, such as Excel, Access, 1-2-3, dBASE and many other programs that are in wide use.

With this data file you can do virtually all the research you've dreamed of. Confirm trends you've always felt were true. Repudiate old wives tales. Learn the facts. Uncover new factors that point to wagering success. With these data files you are in control of the information and can pick apart a team, game by game, season by season. With this powerful information you will have a huge edge on most of your competitors. The ones you won't have an edge on? They are already using this data and have the edge on YOU. Negate that edge. Information is Power!!!

For those of you interested in other sports data files we have sample files with descriptions of the contents available for college and pro football, college and pro basketball and major league baseball.

We think you will agree that the information is extremely valuable and will help anyone who is serious about handicapping and picking winners.

Remember that you must have a program that can use this data. Most Data Base programs (such as Access) or Spreadsheet programs (such as Works, Excel or 1-2-3) will be able to use the file as we ship it. We will be happy send you a sample file so you can see if you are able to use the information. Most Spreadsheet and Data Base programs in use today are capable of directly reading and/or converting our files. All files are sold on a non-returnable basis so you must be sure you can use the data. To request a sample simply send us an email to logicalapp@yahoo.com and we shall send you a file that contains the sample NCAA Tournament data shown below.
